OK so here is another L type review..
Book One is the introductory for all the character's and getting to know them a little better. Usually I don't like books that way because it makes it confusing to know what the actual plot is. This is different though. OK you guessed it, I'm still reading the book :)
I started last week and of course haven't been able to sit down and read it as I really wanted too. So far I can say that I like Jon and his little sister Arya and Bran (even though he got into that terrible accidentnot really) The mother Catelyn I can actually say have mixed emotions. First she is selfish and her having hatred for Jon just because he is the... (thought I'll spill THINK AGAIN lol) should be a reason she is so cold to him. Its not his faults its actually her husbands (kind of spoiler alert)
Then you have the dragon princess (yes I don't remember her name and don't feel like looking in the book.) I feel so sorry for her but she seems like she is going to be either a very powerful character that could become the heroine or a very manipulative conniving little B!! So I guess I just have to keep reading..
What about those Lannister's family... So twisted!! and what they did to ... (again kidding won't spoil it) wasn't fair. At least in the beginning I know right off the bat that they are not liked, to me those are the "evil" ones of the book.
Talking to my hubby he heard through the grapevine that one of these books is actually very confusing to the reader... Haven't gotten there but I'll let you know when I get to that part...
Ill probably put up another post about the continuation of this book...
So I know that this is not part of the Creative Writing post I was going to be putting on here but until I get true inspiration and find my prompts I will be putting in reviews, past journal entries etc... So until then, hope you like the post
